The guy that we go to in the market just got used to another farang who always ordered it that way, so he automatically prepares our the same way. (sorry, the cholesterol prob i have...and unfortunately, i took that sanitation course which has forever changed the way i view prepared food) other than that, it DOES sound yummy!
